Welcome to the website of Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, scheduling tools, communication channels, and all services we provide.

By using our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

1. Services Provided

Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC provides mobile RV repair, diagnostics, routine maintenance, inspections, LP gas system services, and related technical work within Orange, Osceola, Lake, and Polk Counties in Florida.

All services are performed by certified professionals following industry standards.
Service offerings may change at any time without notice.

2. Safety Requirements & LP Gas (Propane) Policy

LP (liquid propane) systems are highly flammable and require strict safety procedures.
To protect life and property, the following rules apply:

A. Mandatory LP Testing

Whenever the technician performs any LP-related repair, inspection, service, or diagnostic, an LP Drop-Pressure/Leak Test is REQUIRED.

B. Mandatory LP Test Fee

A mandatory $35 LP Drop-Pressure / Leak Test Fee applies to any service involving the LP system.
This fee covers:

  • Test equipment setup

  • Regulator pressure verification

  • Full distribution line leak test

  • Documentation of the results

C. Refusal of LP Testing

If the customer refuses the LP pressure test:

  • All LP-related work will immediately stop

  • The LP system may be shut off and tagged “Out of Service”

  • The Company may decline further work for safety reasons

D. Unsafe Conditions

If an active leak, unsafe regulator, or hazardous LP line is discovered, the Company may:

  • Shut off the propane supply

  • Tag the system unsafe

  • Require repairs before reactivation

  • Decline to restore gas flow until safe

Safety cannot be waived.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling service, the customer agrees to provide:

  • A safe, accessible workspace for the technician

  • Adequate space for tools and equipment

  • Access to all relevant areas of the RV

  • Accurate information regarding issues

The technician may decline service if safety conditions are not met.

4. Diagnostics, Estimates & Thoroughness of Work

A. Diagnostic Accuracy

Every diagnostic is performed to industry standards and with reasonable thoroughness.
However, RV systems often overlap—one failure may mask another.
Diagnosis may evolve as systems are opened, power is applied, or additional testing reveals hidden issues.

B. Estimates

All estimates are good-faith approximations.
Final pricing may differ due to:

  • Hidden damage

  • Additional issues uncovered during service

  • Parts that must be replaced unexpectedly

  • Additional safety requirements (e.g., LP-related work)

C. Integrity of Systems

The customer acknowledges that older RVs, neglected RVs, or systems previously repaired improperly may require additional work after inspection.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable payment methods may include debit/credit cards, digital payment platforms, and any other methods listed on our website.

A. Deposits

Large jobs, custom installations, and special-order parts may require a deposit.

B. Non-Refundable Items

  • Trip fees

  • Diagnostic fees

  • Special-order parts

  • The mandatory $35 LP test fee
    These cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

6. Parts Policy

A. Parts Sourcing

We use trusted suppliers and OEM or high-quality aftermarket components.
Part selection depends on availability, safety, and compatibility.

B. Manufacturer Warranties

Parts may include manufacturer warranties, which apply only through the manufacturer, not the Company.

C. No Guarantee of Lifespan

RV parts can fail due to age, prior damage, corrosion, or internal defects.
We do not guarantee the long-term lifespan of any part.

D. Customer-Supplied Parts

If the customer provides their own parts:

  • No warranty of any kind applies

  • The Company is not liable for part failure

  • Additional labor charges may apply due to fitment issues

7. Workmanship Warranty

The Company provides a limited labor warranty of 90 days.
This warranty covers workmanship only.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Preexisting system issues

  • Wear, age, or corrosion

  • Owner negligence or improper operation

  • Failures caused by third-party technicians

  • Damage caused by pests, weather, or environmental factors

  • Electrical surges or low-voltage damage

  • Failures in unrelated components

LP Work Warranty Requirement

Any LP warranty work requires a new $35 LP pressure test to ensure safety before rework begins.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law:

  • Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Total liability cannot exceed the amount paid for the specific service

  • Customer must secure pets, valuables, and belongings during service

The customer acknowledges that repair work can expose underlying failures which are not the Company’s responsibility.

9. Website & Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including images, branding, logos, service descriptions, and text—is the exclusive property of Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Services

Our site may link to or use services from:

  • Wix

  • Payment processors

  • Scheduling tools

  • Analytics providers

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party platforms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Orange County, Florida.

3. Scheduling, Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email.

A. Cancellations

We ask that cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

B. Delays & Weather

Mobile services may be impacted by:

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic conditions

  • Emergencies

  • Safety concerns

If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Payments & Pricing

Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

B. Deposits

For large jobs, custom installations, or special-order parts, a deposit may be required.

5. Parts, Warranties & Liability

A. Parts

Parts used for repairs are sourced from trusted suppliers. Any manufacturer warranties apply directly from the part manufacturer, not Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC.

B. Service Warranty

We provide a limited workmanship warranty on labor performed. This does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear-and-tear

  • Owner negligence or misuse

  • Modifications made by other technicians

  • Issues not originally diagnosed

  • Damage caused by external factors (weather, accidents, pests, etc.)

Warranty terms may vary by service type.

C. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Total liability for any claim cannot exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

  • You are responsible for securing personal property, pets, and valuables prior to service.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree not to:
