WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: 11/26/2025

This Warranty & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services, diagnostics, repairs, and installations performed by Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking service, the customer (“Client,” “you”) agrees to the terms below.

1. Labor Warranty – 30 Days

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All labor performed by Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC is covered under a 30-day labor warranty from the date of service completion.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship directly related to the service we performed

  • Reasonable adjustments required due to installation error

This warranty does not cover:

  • Parts (see Section 2)

  • Preexisting damage or failures in unrelated systems

  • Wear, age, corrosion, or deterioration

  • Customer negligence or misuse

  • Damage caused by third-party technicians

  • Issues caused by electrical surges, water intrusion, pests, or poor RV condition

  • Failures that occur due to declining or refusing recommended repairs

  • LP system leaks developing after unrelated vibration or road travel

LP Warranty Requirement

For any LP gas system warranty work, a new $35 LP Drop-Pressure/Leak Test must be performed before any warranty adjustments can begin. This is required for safety and cannot be waived.

2. Parts Warranty (OEM & Manufacturer Coverage)

Parts installed by Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC are covered exclusively by the part manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.

Key Notes:

  • We are an authorized dealer for multiple OEM and aftermarket manufacturers.

  • We may help facilitate claims, but approval and coverage decisions belong solely to the manufacturer.

  • Part warranty replacements do not include free labor unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.

  • Labor to replace warranty parts may be billed unless covered by a third party.

We make no guarantee on lifespan or performance of parts, as these depend on manufacturer design and the existing condition of the RV.

3. Extended Warranty Companies, Insurance Companies & Third-Party Coverage

Sunrise RV Service and Repair LLC is able to perform:

  • Extended warranty repairs

  • Service contract repairs

  • Manufacturer warranty repairs

  • Insurance claim repairs

  • OEM part warranty replacements

However:

  • Approval, reimbursement, and claim processing are controlled solely by the third-party entity.

  • The Client is responsible for paying any uncovered amounts, deductibles, denied items, or non-covered diagnostic fees.

  • Labor performed under third-party authorization still follows the Company’s 90-day workmanship standard unless prohibited by the contract.

4. No Refund Policy

Because we provide mobile labor, diagnostics, travel time, and expend technician resources on-site, all sales are final and refunds are not issued for:

  • Labor

  • Diagnostic fees

  • Trip charges

  • LP Drop-Pressure Test fees

  • Special-order parts

  • Installed parts

  • Deposits

  • Insurance/warranty claim processing fees

  • Time spent troubleshooting conditions beyond our control

This no-refund policy protects the time, labor, expertise, and materials invested during service.

5. Goodwill Adjustments (Case-by-Case Basis)

Even though refunds are not provided, we value long-term customer relationships.
At our sole discretion, we may choose to offer goodwill accommodations such as:

  • Reduced labor for a follow-up visit

  • Performing a small adjustment at no charge

  • Discounted labor on a returning repair

  • Assistance with filing manufacturer or insurance claims

These adjustments:

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Are not an admission of fault

  • Are offered purely as a gesture to “make it right” when appropriate

  • Do not modify or extend formal warranty terms

This allows us to help reasonable customers in good faith while maintaining legal boundaries and business sustainability.

6. Exclusions & Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability cannot exceed the cost of the specific service performed.

  • Underlying failures exposed during repair are not the Company’s responsibility.

  • Customer-supplied parts carry zero warranty, and the Company is not responsible for their performance.

7. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a labor warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of completed work inside the 30-day warranty period.

  2. Provide the original service date, invoice, and description of the issue.

  3. Allow an inspection to determine the cause.

If the issue is determined to be a workmanship error, labor will be re-performed at no charge.
If the issue is unrelated or uncovered during warranty inspection, standard diagnostic/service fees will apply.

  4. Labor Warranties will be handled on a first come first serve basis and added in to open slots in our schedule.

Do not expect same day service unless it is an emergency situation.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, Florida.
